So frustrating...
..when you are in excruciating pain, but have to go about you daily routine. Your kids just don't get what's up and try as I might to not yell, sometimes it slips out. I just want them to settle down and fall asleep so I can go to bed b/c my back hurts so bad. I know I should make an appt for tomorrow, but the really sad thing is I can almost tell you verbatim what they will say and do and give me tomorrow if I do. sigh. I HATE this clinic.

Hey, Jen. Did you make your appointment for today - Did it go better than anticipated? Please let me (Paula from church) know if there is anything I can do to help... I can make lasagna, play with the kids for a while, etc.
